The salmon produce delicate, soft-shelled, medium-sized (around 5mm) pea shaped grains (eggs). The grains are dark orange in colour and have a Medium, slightly sweet, delicately salted flavor with subtle undertones. Our Pink Salmon Caviar is free of flavor enhancers, colorings and preservatives (aside from salt). The dark orange grains stand out when added to egg and potato dishes, as well when uses as a garnish with cream-based seafood dishes. An amazing addition to grilled scallops or Halibut.
